We already know Vera wants to be in HW and LHW............now Penn, I think should drop back to LW. I do think he should fight Hughes again though. If/when he beats Hughes, he should stay 170, but if not, I think he should come down and dominate

IDK, i think AA could make the cuts. Remember he doesnt try to cut weight at all to try to make 240, its alot of water weight that he can drop.

gain lose 10-15pds... that would be awesome
i dont think so. it would be fair to the guys in both divisions, they would always be waiting for a title shot. i guess right now with some of the divisions being a little light on contenders it would be ok. but once these newer guys mature there will be more frequent title defenses. you dont want a guy defending one title one month and then you got a contender thats ready but has to wait around cause the champ in your division just fought in another division and isnt ready to fight for a few months

Arlovski is a very very lean 240 lbs of muscle. I've read that his camp starting him to eating chicken alot as it made his body leaner so a move down to 205 would serve no good to him any way you look at it.

Vera's a good choice I think. He's got great size for LHW and he's not what you call a "cut" 225 lbs and could easily make 205.

he doesnt have much i can assure you, i met him at ufc 57, he wasnt even fighting that night and he looked like he was in great shape. he doesnt have a whole lot of excess fat on him. he would be burning all muscle.

If it would be allowed, I think it is very possible. I don't think the UFC should allow someone to do this though. My reasoning is that if a fighter that is holding both belts gets hurt and is out for say 9 months.......that is 9 months without a title shot in 2 divisions. With the way they have PPV's now, even if 2 different champions are off like Franklin was, that would make for a long time before any titles are defended in two weight classes. I think it will help now that they have the LW division, but will they have LW title bouts be Main Events?

yeah brandon is tall, but he isnt all muscle like arlovski. i think he can make 205 no sweat..
p.s. and he would be a beast there too..i think he wants the hw belt first though.

I think that will depend on the true fighter that Franklin is. If he thinks that is wise, he's lost the thing that made him a champ.

I would like to see him come back and think of nothing else but having the MW title again, even if Silva lost it. But he has to avenge that loss at some point to hold his sway with his fans.
