No. Fighters are allowed to weigh in 1lb over for non-title matches.

Fighters are given 1 lb. for example... if making weight (limit) is 205 your are given 1 lb. to 206. But not a .1 over that mark.

I think Vera needs to hit the weights, he was a soft HW and now he's a softer LHW, he doesn't seem to have too much muscle mass on him.

All the other fighters apart from Wain look in shape.

Another reason they can weigh in over 1 pound is because the scale can always f up.
