training for fighters running away
i think figthers haven't figured out they need a gameplan for people running away. like machida bisping and all those other **** scared to take a hit.
they need to get a gameplan together to catch them... stupid asses run for 3 full rounds and the only people who like watching it are the so called loud minority "real" fans.. esp here with there dumb machida avatars.
theres a reason why people boo. their boring.
if i were fighting these cowards i would just stand in the middle of the ring until they decide to fight.
u ever see running away in boxing? hell no, you'd be a disgrace

ever watch a floyd maywhether fight? thst guy puts on more miles than lance armstrong...
.
and if you feel your opponent is "running" as you put it...you have a choice: Stand in the middle of the cage and wait. If he doesn't engage...then who has octagon control?

You know I hate Bisping as much as anybody but these threads are getting ridicoulous, he wasnt Kalib Starnes get over it people, I bet on Leben to he lost, Bispling fought smart and tried to minimalize Lebens opportunities to utilize his power and did a decent job picking Leben apart, Chuck Lidell made his name running backwards and it was always when he fought best the only diffrence is Lidell had KO power. LET IT GO, it over nobody listens to techno.

I would say this. If your fighting some disgrace of a fighter that is going to run like a bitch the whole fight like bisping. I would say stand in the middle and do lots of kicks and try to grab a take down or two whenever they engage and just completely wait on them to take risks while you out score them.

you have to be farther away to be in the kicking zone, than to punch. Bisping was engaging...he took the center of the cage almost every time they traded...he was circling away from the power hand...I'm not sure why people don't get that?
