I have read over the net that people are thinking about taking Dos Santos because of the way he was hitting the mits on Dana White's video blog.

I disagree Aarony. He has always been pudgy I don't really see anymore on him he just looks a lot bigger.

I mean when has Werdum ever looked in really good shape? He used to be skinny and pudgy. Look at my sig his stomach looks the same in his weigh in pics.

No he didn't take it lightly he said he wanted to put on weight. Now how the weight effects him we won't know but I think he will be fine.

It could help with his takedown since he should be stronger.

Why not? I've been preaching this on the last couple threads, but Dos Santos has a very legitimate chance at winning.

He doesn't have the same international experience that's a given, but he's being overlooked by the majority because no one has heard of them.

If you'd look a little deeper you'd know he's the Brazilian Heavyweight Muay Thai HW Champ with an 18-0 record, BJJ Black belt, and he trains with Black House. The guy is legit, and he's the same height as Werdum but is totally ripped, and Werdum is totally fat.

It's a very dangerous fight for Werdum, and I've changed my pick to Dos Santos by UD for the upset of the night. And it's hard to say because Werdum is one of my favourites.

He weigh'd 247 for both the Gonzaga and Vera fights, so at 256 its only 9pounds extra. Its not like he's put on 2 stone.

A little pudge shouldn't hurt. Hell, Igor Vovy was the man with the pudge, as was Ninja.
