Cummo was charged with driving while impaired by drugs, failure to maintain lanes and a turn signal violation, according to a spokesman for the Nassau County District Attorney in commenting to Sherdog.com.
Cummo's last MMA fight was a decision loss to Tamdan McCrory at UFC 87 in August.

That sucks a ton. I thought he was an uber health freak. Why would he be under the influence of any kind of drug?
