The All Access interview thread in the lounge and the training logs thread made me think of this. What would be in an All Access type show depicting you and your training methods? Of course you can include what you do for fun, but don't get the thread closed.
If preparing for a big fight, I would be conscious that my opponent will be seeing this before the fight. So lets say my game plan as a fighter would be to take the fight on the ground, I would only train stand up and focus on my boxing when All Access is filming.
All access is a superb tool for fighters to promote themselves so i would give a tour of my old jobs to show i have worked to get where i am in life, i would show me doing one of my hobbies and a little of training on weights and Mat.
There would be a lot of shots of me sitting around, playing video games and eating unhealthy food, then around 5 minutes of hitting pads or sparring before going back to sitting around.
Speaking of all access, was anyone else surprised to see Anderson had a motor cycle? I thought Dana wouldn't let any of his top fighters have one after Mir. Frozen paintballs was bad ass too.
1) Brutal stand-up pad work and sparring to draw attention away from the lethal ground game I am secretly developing.
2) A lengthy consultation with a stylist for how to get my hair to stay up and not look like a cheerleader.
3) running up stairs with a bunch of kids behind me.
4) Shooting vodka with Fedor as he schools me on the art of the emotionless game face.
5) Getting a pedicure as I explain how this particular grooming ritual increases kicking power.
6) playing poker and laughing whenever someone says "nut flush."
