People don't even mention Jon Fitchs' name anymore, it's all about Thiago Alves. The climb is long, and the fall is quick.

I think the main difference in Cote's situation is that he wasn't beaten a freak injury caused him to lose where as jon fitch was dominated for 5 rounds.... I think it will be harder for Fitch to get a rematch....

I hope Anderson Silva knocks his next three opponents out in a minute, I want to see him destroy Okami, Cote has a long road back to recovery and truth be told I think it would be unfair to Cote to give him a title shot upon reaturn do to the lack of real training he is gonna be able to do over the next few months,

i think anderson wants the cote rematch. he was pissed about the "toying around" comments and i think he wants to prove a point. and cotes gonna want it because like everyone else in the ufc he wants the title. but the most of all they havent finished fighting each other. and they both want to finish the fight.

for the next 6-8 months they are both gonna hear it in interviews. asking silva he was toying with cote and why he couldnt finish him earlier, and cote hearing about how silva wasnt taking him serious and it the only reason he lasted 3.

I think they should let Cote have Franklin for a return fight, It would give him the opportunity to jump right back to the top of the list and considering he had to have a shot to the knee before the fight I dont think anyone can hold the injury against him, I mean he went three rounds on half a knee.
