Is faber really that good?

It seems like a lot of people are hyping faber up a lot, even some of my good friends swear hes the next best thing for light weights. I dont know, his record is good but he hasnt fought that many good fighters. Is he just getting easy opponents? Is he just so much stronger than other people in his class? What do you think

Faber is a featherweight, so that's probably why most of his opponents don't seem familiar to you.

yes he is a very good fighter. He is well rounded in his striking and ground game.

He pounds opponents out, and he has great cardio. I don't think he is over hyped at all, he's earned his stature.

Watch some of his fights. He manhandles alot of his opponents.

Yes. He can do everything. He hits harder than anyone in the weight class. He has great jj. Faber has cardio better than that of Clay Guida. The guy doesn't rest at all. Watch him against Brown. I have the feeling it's only going to last 1 round.

To answer your ? hell yes faber is the man. I wish they would set up a dream fight.
California Kid Vs Kid Yamamoto. Faber via brutal gnp. That would shut the critics up. Yamamota couldnt hang with the cardio of faber.
War Faber......

His fight with Pulver really sealed the deal for me, everyone knew he was a good wrestler and GnP guy, but his striking is very good. I think a rematch with Tyson would be awesome, but I dont think the UFC plans on having featherweights any time soon.
