Man, im not even gonna quote anyone cuz there were a few people saying it, but if you can do 160lbs + for a TRICEP excersize, you're a machine. In fact I want video, youtube proof because I just dont believe it. Maybe im way out in left field, but ive been training for years and years, I weigh 195 and I dont come close to 160 for triceps.

Not saying it cant be done, just please prove to me that you have what it takes to back up your mouth. Thank you.

Top 5 fav. fighters (in order)

1. GSP
2. Franklin
3. Lesnar
4. Forrest
5. Big Nog

Oh I totally agree on the weights being off. His dumbell flies looked really low weight... I didnt think the weight they showed the pin going into was the same was what he was lifting afterwards, but for others to come on here and say they can do 160lbs for a tricep exercise, I raise the BS flag.

I cant say I do 160, but I do his training with relative ease. I was going to the gym on a on and off basis a year ago at 185 pounds and this training would of been a easy run.

Im getting fat though im at 205, not training, im pretty sure I can lift as much as him though

^^^ yeah there were a few sets where i said to myself "he shoulda done more reps". that and i dont squeel and whine and cry until i have only 1 or two more reps in me. he's screaming and then pulls of another 6....

either way, try laying down on a bench, picking your girlfriend up by the collar and belt, throwing a 20lb dumbell on her stomach and then tricep pressing 6 or more reps.....not gonna happen. at least not for a "simple man".

I'll try to get my friends camera phone, I'll pm you a link if I figure out how to upload videos. it might take a week or two seeing as I am in the midst of midterms, but be patient.

This is all a ploy to give GSP false confidence.

My wife made less noise when giving birth, I would have a hard time keeping a straight face if I was one of his trainers.

Don't worry, BJ wasn't actually doing 160 on tri's there. GKY should do a re-watch.

Yeah, it's clear BJ isn't used to the weight room. But hey, that's fine, it's not his thing..

the way the guy phrased it he was a new coach or at least relatively new. why would BJ film a session with a new coach? i wonder if he might not dramatize it- he's a dramatic guy after all.

Everybody good, plenty of slaves for my robot colony?
