BJ Penn is about technique and flexibility, GSP is about explosiveness and fast pace, its going to be a good clash of styles and both fighters are world class.

Lifting weights isn't going to significantly effect his flexibility at all. It's a ******* myth.
Seriously, there isn't an inversely proprtional ratio of muscle mass to flexibility on a given person.....

BJ is going to die

I'm amazed how much criticism BJ is getting for the amount of weight he put up...

How much you lift doesn't determine who is going to win the fight... Matt Hueghes was WAY stronger than BJ and BJ beat him. I agree GSP is stronger but that doesn't guarantee a victory... esp against someone who is a BJJ specialist and in case everyone forgot BJJ is all about technique over strength.

BJ was beating guys stronger than him when he didn't train at all, i just think its a great sign that he is lifting at all, he is improving is strength and conditioning which is great, he has the tools to beat GSP and now hopefully he'll have the gas tank to do it!
