Filho should not be fighting again until he gets himself together mentally- last night was bizarre to say the least:

From:

What the hell was he looking at???
Want to know something funny?, I was yelling "what the hell is he looking at" at the TV last night when my g/f informed me that he was looking at the clock yes she is blonde.

He is clearly not the same fighter that we saw dominate his weight class in Pride! No heart, no explosiveness, no gas, and mentally out of it! He needs to do the following 4 things to get back into his prime!

#1 He needs to get his personal life in order!

#2 He needs to get a serious conditioning coach like the guy Anderson Silva has with all the veins coming out of his neck or Wanderlei Silva's snorkle trainer Rafeal A and stay at 185 or lean down to 170 in a year!

#3 He needs a D1 calibar wrestler in his camp and needs to hang out with Anderson Silva more and get his Muay Thai sharpened!

#4 Needs to work with Couture or someone on training to utilize the cage to his advantage I still think he hasn't made that transition from PRIDE!

Synyster has a little shameless behaviour in the past
I know people hate to hear it but I would think that he's gotten off the roids. He was a crazy beast in pride, now a shadow of his former self. Yes it could be mental or emotionally or even just drug abuse, but if you watch any steroid documentary theres always at least a couple off guys who loose it & go a lil mental after cutting off. My opinion is he's stopped his regular usage, just think if Roy Nelson is right 70% are users then their are bound to be big names too.

Well looks like its gonna happen, Dave Meltzer was just on the fight network talking about the WEC and he said word is that Sonnen will get a shot in the UFC because he did win the fight but there is no longer any interest in brining Fihlo into th eUFC.

Give him a few more chances in the UFC, if he fails, cut him then like everyone else.

...and Forrest did dominate Shogun for the last 3 rounds before forcing him to tap. The first 2 rounds were close, but Forrest should still be credited with a good old fashioned arse kicking in that fight.

The last 3 rounds Forrest dominated but the first 2 were close I need to see your copy of the fight or you need to share your stash because all the copies of the fight Ive seen only have the three rounds they showed on PPV not the secret 2 bonus rounds.

By exposed I mean that a few years ago hardcore MMA fans were saying that UFC fighters wouldnt be in the top 10 in Pride. Everyone on the internet was writing how big, strong and sexy the pride fighters were. What we learned is that the best Pride fighters werent any better than UFC fighters. For every Anderson and Rampage there are the Filho, crocop, shogun, heaths that really looked terrible.

Yeah, just watch him in Pride and compare. 2 semi-different fighters. One was huge, non-flabby, and had some solid takedowns. The other was slow as hell, semi-flabby, and had no takedowns.

Then, he goes to the WEC, after being in Japan, looks like shit, and goes through a ton of problems.

Could be roids, could be something else.
