He’s probably not as fast, but is definitely better on the ground than Sherk
to me "ground fighting" isn't only about submission ability...but rather that combined w/ submission defense, control, passing.....so do i think joe daddy is a better submission fighter than sherk? yes...is he a better ground fighter, no. |

If you couple that sentence with the one before it and the one after it really appears that he is just referneceing his sub ability.
We agree on the abilities of Stevenson adn Sherk...better overall ground fighter (sherk by far), better submissions (Stevenson by a little).

Kenny Florian is a more calculated fighter. I think he's a bad match-up for Joe, simply because we've seen what happens when someone shows Joe his own blood:

I've been told there's fighters that bleed worse than Joe, but that guy's a bleeder extraordinaire IMO.

From what I have seen of Joe, he only knows how to do a guillotine choke on one side of his body. So all Kenny has to do is keep his head on the other side when in Joe's guard. :P

Yeah, I agree. It's definitely a pleasant relief from all that trash talk everyone seems to be getting on these days. I don't think KenFlo will take it, but he'll put up a decent fight most likely. |

How can we tell? sherk doesnt even try to go to the ground anymore, he uses his striking instead. If he had longer arms he would do pretty good if is arms were like a foot longer. |
