We must have not seen the same fight, because the one I saw, lesnar broke herrings orbital bone and was beating on him all three rounds. Are you sure you watched ufc 87?

LMAO

But instead make it "Roid-monkey" instead of "Steroids". Say it when touching gloves or when they're against the fence lolol.

I saw a big club of a fist in the first 5 seconds which was awesome! ...then watched 15 mins of a wrestler who clearly didn't know how to finish an opponent.

It wasn't an exciting fight.

Demian Maia may be the Fred Astaire of jiu-jitsu, but it’s too bad Silva is the Gene Kelly of kicking everyone’s ass.

Why does everyone keep sayin that? Brock had good knees to the body both standing and on the ground and if u look at Herrings face after the fight it was banged up badly and not just from the first punch cuz the other side of his face was bruised and cut too. I know there was a lot of wrestling going on but I think Brock showed other weapons too.

Except if you hook the leg after locking in the triangle he's not going to be able to lift you.

And your knees not going to pop if you're rolling with bigger guys, that's the dumbest generalization I've probably ever read. I've rolled with guys who have about 50lbs on me and I've triangled them without discomfort.

^^ rep to you buddy. Im glad someone pointed out that a hell of a lot of UCF fighters dont do triangle correctl according to traditional BJJ. you're supposed to lock the leg and underhook their knee. It add an incredible amount of pressure (much more so that pulling the head) and makes it so they cant stack you or slam you. If they do try to stack you they'll be getting kneebarred quick like

well than i'm probably doing something wrong....all i know is that i feel alot of pressure on my knee and everyone i've rolled with has said the same thing when they grapple with guys that are alot larger.....

and theres a tradeoff with underhooking the leg btw....that one less arm to hold down on an opponents head and your hand isn't in a optium position if you need to retighten the triangle

I agree 100%. As it goes to the Lesnar/Herring fight. People should stop saying "Brock can't finish" and acknowledge the fact that Herring is HARD to finish. Give props to Heath, it makes much more sense then bashing the guy who completely domintated the fight and was at no point on the defensive.

This is what I saw too, I don't see why everybody thinks it was this great performance.
