I assume he doesn't wanna be seen all busted up, he'll figure out a little clinch defense, and then be back after it

He will have to take some time off to recover. Think i read somewhere that he wont be able to fight again until around April.

i hate to make excuses for fighters loses but i've watched the video know many many of times and i notice alot of things in Silva's game that affected franklin.

Silva headbutt him like 4 times in the clinch while going for knees, i know this is against the rules and when a headbutt accures they reset the fight.

I like how everyone is so quick to put rich down now that he lost but when there heros like BJ Penn and other fighters loose they are so quick to make excuses and call it a fluke.

I'm not saying its any single person just think its funny.

Silva still deserved his win.

What is it that is going to be on your mind when you're on your death bed? Will it be the tedious years of 9 to 5, or the memory of some great acheivement. Maybe a moment you stood in glory to the applause of millions.

Silva vs Swick

Hey Guys,

I think the next fight will be Silva vs Swick, but I do not see it going much longer than the leben or franklin fight. Mike is a decent fighter, but I would have put Rich over him by a lot, and Silva over him by even more. So the only chance Swick has is to try and take it to Silva in the first minute or so and go for a quick TKO...besides that...swick is done for.

No doubt Swick is a good fighter, however I truly beleive Silva is out of his league. He did get the win over Loiseau but i think the crow just took too long to warm up. If there was another round im sure Loiseau would have won with a TKO. Im not saying Swick hasn't earned the fight against Silva just saying i know he is not ready for him.
