The graphics look great, but unfortunately for us MMA/video game fans.... out of all the sports that have video games (almost all) a UFC would be the hardest imo to make a realistic game of.
So many variables, so unpredictable, the last few for ps2 felt more like WWE games.
I hope to hell its good since ill be buying it for 360 when it comes out but i dunno....i just think it'll be hard as hell to make it feel realistic.

No offense, I like video games but a MMA game is the last thing I want to play.

yeh...games like baseball and tennis are easier to simulate....hockey isn't realistic at all...they have really really good graphics, but it doesn't look like a real NHL hockey game at all....
this looks like it will be a lot of fun, but its realism will be lacking alot....

Luckily THQ is involved. Of the wrestling games, theirs were always the best, imo. I think a UFC game could be done extremely well. The previous titles of the genre, both UFC and Pride, were very mediocre. The biggest problem, as soon as you go to the ground it was over. A one or two button submission with hardly any defence, it was over. With the last Forest/Rampage videos, it showed a lot of different escapes and just overall ground positions. It looks like they're really trying on this one, and everyone involved, including Dana realized all the previous ones sucked balls.

Me and my brother played the Dreamcast UFC game for a insane amount of time. But then we tried some PS2 ones and didn't like any, also tried the Pride PS2 game and it was also Meh.

I'm a hardcore gamer.. and I must say.. the animations are NOT solid right now. Sure, they have most of them perfect, but some that bother me: After Nog throws the kick and gets KO'd (lol Nog getting KO'd) His leg snaps back to his knockout animation, this is next gen graphics.. and I hope they fix this little error.
Although.. it's still in production, so what can I say?

I'm not too impressed by the button-mashing in the video, I really hope it's not like that to escape submissions and finish them.
