I said GSP vs Alves because I would like to see someone who is as strong, if not stronger, than GSP fight him. I want to see how he stacks up when strength isn't on his side. Also the same thing for Alves, I want to see how he really does when he isn't insanely stronger than his opponent.

GSP vs. Alves because I think it would be a more even fight.

I would argue against that since they both seem to push him around and not the other way around.

No he means like the ten minutes before that point in that fight...you might also refer to it as the time before the separated ribs.

See also the first fight between those two and the last two fights GSP had against Hughes.

I would absolutely rather see GSP/Alves since I think that would be an amazing fight. St. Pierre has great wrestling but Alves would be bigger/stronger and has great TDD so I am very interested to see how that would play out. I also see GSP beating BJ so I dont even see BJ/Alves being a possibility.

I'd rather see BJ/Alves because it would answer two questions at once, but as a practical matter I would be one happy dude with either one of them laying a beating on Alves.

You cannot be serious. GSP manhandled Hughes the last two fights. Hughes may be able to lift more (no idea), but he does not have as much core strength that is needed in a fight.
