The story I've heard is that he wasn't happy with his performance against Bennet, so he's been training his ass off getting ready for this one and he's taking it to a new level.

They take this alot more seriously in Japan, but that's only the story I've heard. On any account, he'll come to this fight in the best shape of his career, he knows that this is his second chance after falling short in PRIDE.

Alfromsleep has a little shameless behaviour in the past
From those highlights he looks to have it all! Can't wait to see how he gets on in UFC

He looks pretty good on the ground.

But going for a takedown against a guy like Stevenson who is MUCH bigger and probably much better of a wrestler is going to be hard imo.

There is also no way he could beat a guy like sherk, sherks wrestling is WAY to good and sherks to compact and strong to get put in alot of those submissions.

But he looks like he's fun to watch and puts on a good show so thats good to see.

Also looks like he might top Mayhem Miller on entrance's

Wrestling doesn't apply. He doesn't use wrestling takedowns so it takes a more expansive judo training and even then you can't be ready for some of the stuff that Mishima is going to throw out there.

I think that Sherk's wrestling is definitely way better than Mishima's and Sherk is one of my favorite fighter, but all he would have in this matchup is his strength and his wrestling. He can always pound him out, and he's a very active wrestler, but Mishima also has a really active guard and really good judo, so it would be an interesting fight.
