No I mean as i said in my last post.. REAL events.. im not talking fight night.. and tbh.. im not talking about TUF shows..

Last year they really only did 13 ufc events.... Theres enought great fighters in the roster to make it at least 2 shows a month...

Fighters like Anderson Silva wants to fight once every 2 months lol... im sure hes not the only one...

It would be great for us Fans...

Their isn't enough business for the UFC to have 24 PPV's in a year. Just not that many die hard fans.

The UFC is moving towards averaging 2 shows per month. 1 PPV and 1 fight night. The fact that the Fight Nights are free doesn't change the fact that there are real cards. Granted they don't usually have biggest names but that is why they are free.

I don't have to pay to watch NFL football every Sunday; doesn't make them any less of a real game.

I agree it is frustrating when there is a long period of time between cards. Keep in mind though that it isn't always easy to schedule the venues the UFC holds its events in. Competing sports, concerts and other events also compete for time. It took the UFC over a year to find a free Saturday in Montreal.

As the sport grows you'll see more events.

If you want them to spread the talent and make less attractive shows, it would work..

But I think they are on a winning formula with good quality cards for the events, and with up and coming fighters on the fight nights.

If you think about it we actually have a PPV or Spike event approximately every 3 weeks not 4. In between we also have other leagues like WEC, Affliction, Strikeforce, (EXC) etc. I'm happy with the way it is and think every other week would be a bit too much.

I think they should stick with a main UFC event every month, so you have enough time to get pumped up for it and time to save your money to pay for them. but they should definitely add more fight nights on Spike or what ever.

If they put on too many events, and not enough people buy them because they have saturated the market, they will lose money.

I don't know if I would buy them all if they had two a month. I would probably watch the fights via another source.
