Besides since Stevenson never got on top of Kenny like he clearly would have we dont know if he could have finshed Kenny, if the fight had went back and forth longer it wouldnt be as much of a deal.
Eh, I disagree. Tonnes of guys have grabbed the cage, I don't think it has much to do with class, really. He shouldn't have grabbed the fence, but the fight is what it was. Kenny dominated the stand-up, and beat Joe in the scrambles.

maybe cause he doesn't care about that fight?...

someone once asked me when we talk about PrideFC why we never put
"the" in front of it, i asked him, "do you put the word 'the' in front of God?"

I see people grab the cage all time but usually its a split second thing and they let go right away and it appears more instinct than stategy, ussually fighters at this level (contenders) arent so blatant I mean he didnt just grab it he grabbed and held on for dear life, Personally I expected Kenny to dominat the standup forcing Joe to take Kenny down something I figured he could do, it kinda went how I figured it would up until the fence grab, I may be a tad bitter since I really dont care for Florian.

lol, you guys must not have seen Sherk/Florian, because this is nothing new for Kenny, and it has nothing to do with class.

How can you say it has nothing to do with class?... Kenflo is like the "good boy" of MMA... Has always been at first thought of as an underdog in every fight he fought pre-Sherk bout, doesn't have that bad guy look with the tatoos & all, & never talks trash along with a shi!tty personality... He's even a Anchor on ESPN representing a true professional MMA fighter. Of course he's a classy guy when it comes to MMA. But for him to grab the fence?.. cmon... like I said Im a fan of his too but I still will always question what would've happened if JoeDaddy would've got that highlight reel slam that couldve hurt Kenflo....

I think a warning was exactly what the incident has always warranted so I don't see a problem. Second time a point deduction, sure, but not the first.

Bull a warning is for when it isnt intentional when you clearly break the rules with intent there should be no warning Kenny has been around a long time he knows the rules but knowing and respecting are two diffrent things.

If you can't see the point I was trying to make in the part YOU highlighted then explaining it to you is a lost cause.

All kidding aside, I think Kenny was taking this fight with or without the fence grab.
Heh... are you sure, I think the kenflo fans will say that the fence reached out and tangled itself into kenflo's fingers... ken was trying to shake the fence off, but it just kept coming

Yeah, I hate to admit it... as a Joe fanboy... but that was exactly the case.

the very man in your signature was grabbing the fence as well. i didn't actually notice the grab as i was forced to watch without sound. either way, kenny would have scrambled back to feet just like he did when stevenson managed to floor him.
