I still reckon NOG has the best MMA jits actually, or Demian Maia now....leaning moreso to Demian.
But Dustin will be a champ or a number 1 contender in a couple of years to come.
I luv the WW division, so many rising stars
Stun Gun
Zenko
Dustin
Those 3 alone....

Hey, at least he has ambition and a goal.
Probably the most impressive thing about Dustin's grappling is how quickly he chains things together, and just how fast he moves on the bottom. Tamdan had NO time at all to figure out what was going on with his arm until it was too late.

You and I will have to disagree my friend.
Aoki has been able to do it consistently against guys that are bigger than him, and with practically no striking game.
I'll give it to you, Maia is right up there with him in his ability to sub a guy no matter how outclassed he is in strength or striking.
And, Nog is a beast too. But you will never see Nog pull out a Bonorplata in the middle of an MMA match.

Both those may be true , but Aoki has an advantage over Nog and Maia, and those are his coloured pants. Eddie Bravo brought it up and is pretty interesting, but Aoki has an advantage since there is always friction b/w him and his opponent as oppose to Maia and Nog who are sweating making it harder.
And while Nog's may not be the flashiest, he's abilities on the ground are just sick.
Up until last week i wouldve had nog number 1, but seeing Maia basically jump from the bottom into have Quarries back that quickly was downright scary.
Oh and the Aokiplata was just pure sex
So i still have Maia, Nog and then Aoki

this kid has serious potential. thats all i gotta say. the fact that hes like only 22 and being in your prime in mma is like early to mid 30's means he is going to continually improve..
cant wait to see what he will do in a few years

Well, it seems to me like Nog and Maia need to come out wearing a pair of their own rainbow pants in their next fights
actually, are pants of any kind allowed in the UFC?

Exactly. Is only 22 and sounds patient. Give him a few years, and probably a few loses to learn from and will be very good. But hopefully jorge doens't corrupt his game plans, or he will get ktfo quicklike.

Jorge may not be a great MMA fighter, but he certainly produces some good students.

People make it seem like aoki totally sucks without his magical pants. Dude has fought with shorts before, and he kicked ass. The pants help, but even without them, Aoki still has the best MMA BJJ.
Hazelett's getting there, no doubt, but dudes like Kitaoka and Imanari have better ground games at this point.
Hazelett will become the UFC version of Shinya Aoki, and I am digging that.
