ok buddy, I could be wrong but I've heard a rumor that referee stoppage is actually a common practice in MMA when a fighter get knocked the **** out

Ok **** you Im not a Pride nuthugger. I actually prefer the UFC but Im not ignorant enough to think that the UFC heavyweights are even in the same league as Prides. Tim Sylvia would not beat Barnett, Nog, Cro Cop, or Fedor. This is what i thought before the new rankings came out and ironically enough the people who make the rankings feel the same way. If you think their nuthuggers too notice Chuck Liddell is ahead of Wanderlei and Shogun which i dont have a problem with by the way. UFC HWs suck and you are a UFC nuthugger my friend.

Knocking someone out with a kick does not make you a great kicker smartass. He is a big guy and has weight, but he literally had to throw his leg up there and was not in good form. Many guys get knocked out by kicks that are half assed, it happens when you are fighting and tired. Watch some real kickers throw over in Japan, and you can barely see even the most complex kicks coming. Tim's was obvious when he dropped his hands, leaned back, and threw the kick, its the kind that only a tired and battered man would miss

I KNOW!! I BEEN SAYING THAT FOR MONTHS HAHA! STUPID COMMERCIAL MADE IT SOUND LIKE HE WAS TALKING ABOUT AA! I hate when they do stupid misleading shit like that.
As for Sylvia, he is decent...but not in my top 8 Also, he used steroids and I'm sure it was more than once.

Its funny, Sylvia is hated because of the steroid thing but no mention is ever made of Josh Barnett who was in a worse position as he actually used it when he won the title. He is in Pride now so I guess it is forgotten.
Whats funnier is that the Sylvia haters are usually also Pride nuthuggers but Pride doesn't test for steroids. So its obvious they are just bringing up the steroid thing because of their hatred towards Sylvia and not really any moral outrage over steroids as its obvious they can care less.

I see your point BUT the point of hating him for using steroids is that 1.) what are the chances he only did it once and 2.) barnett doesn't fight in the UFC anymore so it doesn't matter. Barnett wasn't allowed back but for some reason Sylvia was. And if PRIDE doesn't test for steroids, then who cares if the fighter use them. The point of Sylvia using steroids is that it is cheating. If it's not against the rules, then I could care less who uses steroids, but since it is banned in the UFC, so should the people be who use them....like Barnett was.

Barnett wasn't allowed back because he never retested. Sylvia on the other has been retested several times. They test the champions and any guy's in a title fight. So since he has passed the tests several times we have to give him the benefit of the doubt that he is no longer using them.
