Chris Leben, where does he stand with you POLL
I'm one of the most outspoken Chris Leben fans on this or any other board I've been on. It hit me pretty hard when the steroid truth broke. I'm a little torn as to where my loyalties as fan will be when he comes back.
Chris has been the kind of fighter that even his hater like to watch, so I'm curious how everyone feels about him now.

I dont think he's the only one taking roids when he trains, but he was stupid enough to get caught. What annoys me is the UFC dont do random tests, or regular tests to prevent guys from juicing. I'd be much happier if they made it so while youre under contract with the UFC, roids are not an option.
Though i did find this article, on a similar topic. . .

Makes me wonder. . .
Anyway, if Leben learns from yet another one of his mistakes, then fair play to him. I hope he comes back stronger, more dedicated, and more mature. He's one of the only guys who wears nail varnish that i wont point and laugh at

Im very disapointed, I for one really thought he would beat Bisping or at least push him to the very edge, which didnt happen. Then we get news of the steroids!!
As with Bonner, and Sherk i know lost a lot of love for this guy.

Correct me if Im wrong but isnt the Nevada State Athletic Commision doing random drug screens on everyone who holds a state license to fight now?

Im not sure. My knowledge of these things is limited to say the least. As far as i was aware, fighters were tested pre and post fight, and thats all.
I just dont think its fair to allow someone to train for a fight when theyre juicing.

I voted the same as before but in realityythis is not Chris's first **** up and everytime you make a mistake youi cannot just say your sorry and I know have learned and see things through a different perspective.....
he needs to just grow up a little bit and sometimes all you can say is you were wrong.......not well now i have learned then screw somthin else up a few mths down the road....
Like the guy but it seems li9ke he's distracted easily by bad outside influences....

The steroids pop after everything he had been through was unbelievably stupid IMO. He's been given a lot of chances other fighters would not have been given(thank Dana and TUF for that) and he still hasn't completely learned.
Plus the thing that really pissed me off was his dumbass BS thing he said about teaching kids that they should not cheat to try and get ahead- yeah- right after getting popped for cheating trying to get ahead. Get your own shit together and leave the kids out of it. There are enough great role-models in sports like Roger Clemens, Barry Bonds, Terrel Owens, OJ Simpson and Mark Macguire...oh snap...
never mind.

I put that I'd feel the same. He is his own worst enemy and I don't want to get psyched about him fighting and then have him do something else dumb.
