Most Over-Rated Fighter In UFC History

Looking for suggestions. I'll post a poll later with all of the suggestions on it.

My opinion:
Tim Sylvia
Marvin Eastman
Fabiano Scherner (Highly touted BJJ Blackbelt with 0-2 UFC record)
Mike Van Arsdale (granted, he had some tough fights, but I thought he'd be a lot better)

BJ Penn -haha no im kidding I dont like the cabbage patch kid look alike but he has skills

On a serious note
Tim Sylvia comes to mind hes just a lurch
Chris Leben

Honerable Mention
Arlovski better win his next fight (He just seems like he should dominate)or im gonna maybe put him in this category
Tito Ortiz - Cant seem to win the big one, i.e. Coutre and Liddell dominated him if hed of put up a fight with them I wouldnt put him in honrable mention....Call me crazy but id like to see a Rashad Evans Tito Fight or Babalu vs Tito

in all fairness since his two wins in the ufc anderson silva. he was fortunate enough to go up against two guys that wanted to trade with him having never experienced a striker of that level or even close, either of them

First thought would be Jef Monson. That guy hasn't beaten anybody above a scrub level. He even got beat by a scrub.

Stephan Bonner. Enough said there.

Monson needs to prove himself against Sylvia....i mean his last win was against Anthony Perosh i think. maybe not overated but needs to prove he belongs.

How can Big Tim be put on this page? He's the champ. I think all current champs should have amnesty from the most over rated page. I would have to say the most over rated UFC fighter would be Chris Leben. He just isn't very well rouned and I think that if Silva hadn't beat up on him, then Rich Franklin would have.

Tito Ortiz.

One trick pony, who gets by on his charisma. Hasn't beaten anyone of worth in about 2 years. If he didn't have his explosive charisma, then nobody would give a damn about him.
