meh, I hope Dana gives him a fight on a main card after this one.
A fight against a LW bruiser that will clean his clock. Someone like Franca, or Sherk that will mercilessly make him bleed. I'd love to see his punk ass runnin like Kalib.
A brawler like Huerta. Or a GnP guy like Guida. I'd love to see the spit kicked out of this guy.

Wasnt this thread supposed to be about Junie btw? I admit Ive had my problems with that cat but at least he admits hes a nut case.
Also Mir's training regiments not focusing on cardio to much? Who would have thunk it....

True this was about Junie but how much can ya say about him??
hes a ding dong who makes excuse after excuse.... Atleast talking about Vinny has a point he could at-least potentially do something i don't see Junie doing anything but running his mouth!
And as far as Vinny, i def see him getting past Badder.... I think his game needs to be improved alot, more than anything he needs to get past getting hit... IF he can get past that and take a punch i see him doing well even with sub par stand up he looks very good on the ground, very fluid and i think even the great grapplers even with the ability to punch him would be in constant danger if they were anywhere on the ground with him.

Junie... Am I the only one who like the guy? I mean, I like people who are...complicated. I mean, he's talented, he does act like an ass but... I don't know why... I'm not able to hate him.

Vinny has a good ground game. But it isn't out of this world. Jake Sheilds subbed him in a BJJ match and Sheilds weighs in 35 lbs lighter than 205.

Take Demian Maia as an example as to this kids potential. Granted Demian still has very weak stand up but training with Wandy is only going to make him better. If Vinny keeps training against the likes of Hendo, Forrest, Randy, etc... the sky is the limit.
I still want to see Big Nog woop his ass for his lack of respect to a fellow Brazilian and MMA world Champ.

Teamwork deffinatley helps, but if you are so undiciplined that you can't train cardio on your own you should be addressing that weakness not making excuses.
I think he hit the Frank Mir nail right on the button tho, Frank is out of his mind and has no clue whats going on outside of his head.
