I dont like all the talk of "super-fights" between divisions like Torres/Faber as I think it is WAY to early for that stuff. Both divisions are just now getting exposure and they need to be built up. Long-term I think it would be a bad idea at this point.
Both men have expressed an interest in moving up or down in there respective divisions. I think a fight between the two would be awesome. While I understand your point about exposure, I seem to remember an interview with Faber where he said he could drop to 135lbs. and wants to drop to fight the best in Torres.

I like others on here would love to see Bowles/Torres, I would also like to see Curran fight Tapia, Madea, someone else before getting a title shot.

Correct.

Miguel can bang with any 135'er. He'd smoke most 145'ers standing, too. Dude is just way too good right now.

But, Bowles is really tough and has earned a shot. Let's hope he gets one, because beating Valencia, Galvao, Page and Ribeiro is quite a feat. All those guys are top 135'ers, and Bowles finished all of them. Oh boy, this would kick ass.

I actually have no issue with Faber dropping to fight at BW. I just dont want to see a "non-title superfight" between the two since they need to keep the champions (Torres in this case) active. If Faber wants to drop and pick up a win over a top BW to earn a shot at Torres that would be a great fight!

I mainly dont want to see a GSP/BJ situation between the FW and BW divisions as they just shouldnt be put on hold right now imo.
