i think if your lining up a shot and smashing the back of a guys head...ok..yeah..that is a foul...frank shamrock on baroni...yes that was blatantly illegal...but that shit Mir pulled in the lesnar fight was retarded...rolling into your opponent, twisting your head, and brock lands a short hammerfist to the back corner of the head...that's not a foul, that's frank mir being a p#ssy...it's a fight

Why would he want to blatantly punch the dude in the back of the head when he's already rocked him to the next dimension?

i dont think its a question of wether he meant it or not, it just looked like he was raining down bombs that hit the back of hes head on more than one occasion that would of been in clear view of the ref...

i know this topic has been done to the death, but perfect example is lesnar vs mir.. i dont think lesnar purposely hit mir in the back of the head, but he got done for it.

Shogun is my homeboy.

Very similar to Brock's DK finishing move. I thought some hit the back, but most were on the side.

Swick needs to be more careful.

Demian Maia may be the Fred Astaire of jiu-jitsu, but it’s too bad Silva is the Gene Kelly of kicking everyone’s ass.

I agree with this.

When you are trying to finish the fight, and the guy is still conscious, there is no way he wont try to get away. I think the difference in that fight was that swick was really hammerfisting, NOT DOWN, but on the side, and Goulet was moving, so a few shots maybe got in on top, but really, Goulet was out already. I liked the fact that the ref let Goulet a chance to get out, because i really thought he was going in for the takedown and maybe catch a break.. but i guess they dont call him quick Swick for nothing.

Bring back knees strikes on grounded opponents.. Give me good arguments for not having them for crying out loud.
