I put him walking around 190-195.

I said he'd be the Thiago Alves of the LW division because he'd be making pretty much the same cut.

I dn't see how... He always seems thoroughly shredded up at 170, and I'm sure he's cutting a good amount of weight to get there considering his wrestling background.

i heard he walks around in the mid-high 180's somewhere on the forum. although it's probably not impossible to cut to 155 for him, i'm pretty sure he doesn't want to do it considering that he is still doing pretty well at 170. with that said, i think he IS looking smaller and smaller for a WW though. GSP and Alves dwarf him for obvious reasons, but even his teammate Fitch looked a lot bigger than Kos. If he did go to 155 though, would he lose that freakish wrestling strength?

That would seem to be a huge cut for him. He doesn't look like he carries around a lot of extra body fat and he is very lean at the weigh ins already at 170.. an extra 15 lbs.. possible but probably not ideal.
