And thinking you should have an advantage in scoring just because you are the champ is stupid. I think he is in for a rude awaking come fight night with Silva.

This is a shocker of a fight for him just now. His confidence must be shot as it is, never mind getting a guy that's beaten him twice in the way he did. I thought they would have gave him someone a little easier to get his riddum back. The mere fact he's still going on about the Forrest decision speaks alot to me though. If I remember right, he was outstruck by Forrest in the 1st & you can't score domination over a flash knockdown that was followed up by nothing. For all I enjoy his fights, I don't think he's got the noodles upstairs to fight a clever tactical fight against Wand. Wand by KO late in the 2nd.

I wonder if he signed that petition for him to get a rematch.

Come on Rampage! Beat Wanderlei and everyone will put their money on you in your next bout with Forrest! That fight was close, but Griffin won mostly due to multiple leg kicks he landed on Quinton.
Jackson is still kind of tense right now, but I'm still sure that he can beat Wanderlei and come back on TOP. He has what it takes.

Favorite fighters:
1. Badr Hari
2. Remy Bonjasky
3. Mauricio Rua
4. Anderson Silva
5. Alistair Overeem

Rampage is not handling the loss well and isn't taking it like a man. He clearly lost the fight, I don't see how anyone could give him the win. It was close, but I still see Griffin taking 3/5 every time I watch it. Secondly, rematches shouldn't be given automatically. The true color of a fighter is how they rebound from a loss, so he needs to do what GSP did after losing to the underdog, come out stronger and better and win his way back up, but Rampage seems unwilling to do that. Complete lack of class on his part.

He does make a good point about the fans though. MMA fans aren't very loyal sometimes, just look at how many people count out Rich Franklin, yet hes snagged two good wins following each of his loses to Anderson. Ace is still a great fighter and a great contender, yet no one seems to care because he lost.

I don't really think 'real' MMA fans are as fickle as is being made out here. Obviously due to the type of sport it is there will be the blind idiots that only watch big names that 'some guy' has told them about jumping from wagon to wagon without touching the ground. But I'd say most on here will stick with a fighter unless something out of order happens or a soul is stolen. The likes of Franklin do still have an army of fans but when you look at the likes of 'The Crow' Louasiouiou then it's understandable how people lose interest (admittedly The Crow hasn't been looking too bad lately).
Plus, let's face it, Rampage's out of the ring antics don't really do his popularity many favours, so I like how he blames his dwindled fanbase on the Forrest loss.

I agree with Rampage that some fans want to be on your side when your winning but I don't think all of us are like that.
I wouldn't take it too personal. He was generalizing, and I think the generalization is true- but there are exceptions to every generalization.

Everybody good, plenty of slaves for my robot colony?
