I'm a huge Forrest fan, I think the only way Forrest can win is by decision. He could win the later rounds as Rashad may gas out.
However, I think it's more likely that Rashad knocks Forrest out. Rashad has more powerful and faster hands than Forrest. Pretty much going to be the same story as when Rashad fought Chuck, but Rashad will have to take the risk of getting inside Forrests range more because of Forrest's height and reach advantage.
Rashad via KO or TKO in my eyes.

if bisping gassed out rashad then forrest will in about 2 minutes... in my opinion.
everyone seems to think rashad has this amazing knock out power now.. like ya he had an amazing knock out over chuck.. don't wanna take anything away from that but he's no knock out artist.
just when i watch the bisping fight i can't hold out much hope for rashad.
I think I like Rashad alittle more after watching this.
In the first place, Rashad is not going to knock Griffin out. If Rampage couldn't put Forrest away then I have a hardtime believing Rashad will.
This fight is going to come down to who has the better gameplan.
We have reason to believe that Rashad may.. just may hit harder then Rampage. Well no.. maybe same level of strength. Rashad is insanely strong for his size, plus with his speed you have to factor in velocity. Rampage may be stronger, but not by THAT much. And Rashad lands clean for some reason.
