The hype machine has got to me as well as I thought it was after the penn GSP fight. Thanks for correcting me.
I would rather Franklin wins this but Hendo is a different fighter at LHW to MW. He is one of the few fighters who gets better as he fights above his natural weightclass.

I did all kinds of diligent research.
Seriously, I asked my husband, and he wasn't very helpful at first "uh it f*ckin hurts, uh, I don't know" and I asked more and more questions and eventually we narrowed it down to you simultaneously feel like you're going to puke and sh!t yourself.
Did he provide accurate information? The only times I've seen him get nailed in the nads were when one of our kids jumped into his lap, elbows and knees flailing. I'm sure as a dad you have felt that pain.

I keep hyping this up to my girlfriend. She keeps trying to tell me that Dane Cook is a prettier guy than my boy Ace. AND, she thinks Dane Cook can "beat him up". So I'm really excited to show her just how pretty and awesome Franklin is.

You must have gotten clipped good. So I don't go too far off topic, I know MMA fighters wear a cup but clearly it's not always adequate.
BTW I started asking my husband about this b/c the guys I take TKD with will never, ever, ever wear a cup, then they b!tch if they get hit in the nads. I have pretty good extension and am careful about not throwing low kicks (not allowed in point sparring) but once or twice I've drilled somebody.
Wear a cup guys, in case I go for the Rich/Bas liver kick and miss.

I too am really excited about this fight. I don't think Hendo's wrestling will be a factor because I think Hendo is going to want to stand and bang. Rich is the more technical fighter but Hendo has more power. I think if Rich can avoid the overhand right he wins by UD.
