New interview with Rashad talking about his fight with Forrest Griffin.
On his trainig for his upcoming fight...
"Training camp was good man. It was pretty much business as usual."
"I added a little bit more each time out, but I’ve been training for awhile now. After my fight with Chuck, I went right back into training and I’ve just been steady rolling from there. My conditioning is kind of rolling over from my last fight."
On Forrest Griffin and the fight...
"We’re going to make Forrest feel my pressure a little bit. I’m comfortable that I will be able to put him in the spots that I want to put him at."
"He’s so well-rounded. He could get sloppy at times, but I think every fighter has that tendency once they start throwing."
"He’s tough all the way around and he makes sure he brings it. Whenever you think you have a leg up on him, he keeps going forward."
"I think one of the first things he will try to do is take my legs from me. That way, I can’t move around as much. I’m just excited to see which way he’s going to go with it."
"I think he’s going to try to push the pace on me, try to make me feel uncomfortable and take me out of my comfort zone."
