New interview with Rashad talking about his fight with Forrest Griffin.
On his trainig for his upcoming fight...
"Training camp was good man. It was pretty much business as usual."
"I added a little bit more each time out, but Iíve been training for awhile now. After my fight with Chuck, I went right back into training and Iíve just been steady rolling from there. My conditioning is kind of rolling over from my last fight."
On Forrest Griffin and the fight...
"Weíre going to make Forrest feel my pressure a little bit. Iím comfortable that I will be able to put him in the spots that I want to put him at."
"Heís so well-rounded. He could get sloppy at times, but I think every fighter has that tendency once they start throwing."
"Heís tough all the way around and he makes sure he brings it. Whenever you think you have a leg up on him, he keeps going forward."
"I think one of the first things he will try to do is take my legs from me. That way, I canít move around as much. Iím just excited to see which way heís going to go with it."
"I think heís going to try to push the pace on me, try to make me feel uncomfortable and take me out of my comfort zone."
