Chuck vs Anderson is a great fight for Chuck. If he's going to get beat up it might as well be the best. And if he wins, then that's the best way he can go out in his fighting career.

and if Chuck did somehow pull off a win, it would be the perfect time for him to retire.

I say give Chuck the loser of Hendo/Rich or Forrest. A Silva would just kill him IMO...

True, he is far from a brawler. But excellent technique will transfer into power. Also at 205, he has more weight behind his strikes. He might not throw anything like the hand grenade Rashad had, but he will hit very hard.

chuck totally could beat silva with a good game plan. Yes it is unlikely but i think he has a somewhat decent chance. Chuck would either win by KO or silva would decision him. Then chuck can go on to win the LHW belt then move up to heavyweight and win that belt, then leave the UFC and beat fedor. Then he can retire a legend.
Thats the dream.

I would actually be upset if Chuck/Silva happened and Liddell SOMEHOW KO'd Silva. After Chuck has been so lackluster lately, to KO Silva would really take a lot of Silva's luster away imo.
There are just so many fights that make more sense to me, for both guys, than that one.
