since we had a cheapest move in mma, that turned into a wwe ufc debate, i figured why not see what everyone thinks is the most effective move in mma.

If were basing it on how effective it is IF you connect......Flying Knee....all day....but since its alot harder to perfect than most moves, the RNC is a good call

Any kind of take down. It scores points and puts you in a better position to win, especialy if your opponent has a better striking/standup game.

I agree. Having control and being on top is what judges want. As for takedowns I've always found 'inside/outside leg sweeps' are easy to pull off and instantly put you in control.
