Monson vs. Sylvia

OK, i know this has been touched on before...but i was watching interviews and realized something. Sylvia has to 'sprawl and brawl' ....underhooks...spread legs...lean forward. Heres my problem for timmy, isnt that going to spread his weight over a large area ? and wont having underhooks on a guy a foot shorter be hard to get? seems to me that if he sprawls monson will be standing relatively strait up...but sylvia will be at like a 45 degree angle...i duno..if yall have any clips of a taller guy trying to controal a shorter guy and keep him up let me know.

i just went from it being 50/50 to giving a good bit of advantage to monson. If sylvia cant keep his weight in power in a sprawl *using it to keep balenced* hes screwed.

just a thought let me know what yall think

I stand by my original prediction; Sylvia wins by KO, 1st round.

(It has nothing to do with Monson's beliefs)

hers a Monson grappling video I know it dosent show his MMA skills but it lets you know the kind of fighter he is YouTube - Jeff Monson - Grappling HL. Enjoy. I hope he wins and Silvias takedown defence is greatly overrated. Did any one notice when he fough silva (3rd round I think) he was almost taken down but grabbed the fence. Also no ones really tried taking him down lately. I may be proven wrong but I hope not. Monson better bring his A game and not try to box woth big Tim or its gonna be a short night for him.
GO JEFF MONSON!

seems kinda like a gimick to me i mean sure what you saying has some sense to it but ur going to change that by fighting in the ufc??? if he really is so strong in his beliefs he should try and do something about it beacuse as far as im concerned being sponsaored and what not plays right into the cooporations

I guess Monson doesn't consider Xyience, Tap Out, Headblade, and UFC to be evil capitalist corporations. Monson should curb himself or he'll suffer the Alec Baldwin Effect.

(Alec Baldwin Effect: Hollywood liberal elite makes his socialists views public and nobody goes to see his crappy movies)

Antiestablishment = -$
