Penn would never retract a statement. I can't even picture him if he loses (which scares me slightly as a GSP fan), but you can bet he'll be a poor loser regardless of the outcome. Here's what I think will occur post-fight:

BJ Penn:
"If the fans wanted to pay to see two guys wreslte around, I wouldn't be signed with the UFC, and Georges could be champion all he wants. I came here to fight, and I thought Georges was going to do the same."

GSP: "I was not imbressed wit his parformance."

"I don't dink anyone en dis division can endure my riddum."

Give him a break, at least he doesn't use the "uuhhh" in between every sentence like some French-Canadians

Cameras don't just float around you know, the whole thing was shot as a pre-fight hype story line, and dumb hard to believe one at that.
Hahaha. Very nicely said. It makes me laugh when people buy into the pre-fight hype like it's real-life. I mean for christ's sake, the camera starts off in GSP's room with his alarm going off and him "Waking up". Primetime is pretty much WWE quality hype, and in some ways it's dissapointing. I'm glad there are still people like Fedor, A. Silva, and GSP who stick to the humble martial arts side of what the event should be like.

I agree, it is much like WWE quality hype. But at least after all the primetime bullshit hype, they get in there and actually fight each other "to the death."

Funny thing with that was how it wasn't even early at all. It was like 10 or 11 o'clock and they have GSP stretching in front of the window like it was 5:30.

If you paid attention to the show they said GSP has already adjusted to the time difference in Las Vegas. Quebec is in the East, Vegas the West. So at 11am in Quebec is 8am in Vegas. And donít forget, the main event normally starts around 12pm in the East so 9pm in the west.

He is waking up early if you look at it that way! You do not want to be sleepy by the time the fight comes around!
