I might say the best, he just completely walked right through Penn's guard..that's incredible.

Not at all. If you don't have the actual skill and technique required then it doesn't matter how much strength you have, you aint gonna pass your opponents guard. I find strength plays a rather insignificant part in ones guard passing abilities.

There is such a gap between GSP and the rest of the WW fighters, and this gap is growing with every fight and dominate performance.

There was a gap before, when he beat Karo/Miller, but imagine today how a Karo/GSP fight would look.

Im curious what Penn will say about the outcome of this fight.. hope he accepts the defeat and goes back to completely dominate the LW division..
I doubt it, cause he doesn't have any class.Spoiled rich boy.Respect to him for winning the world BJJ championship but his time is done.No motivation what so ever

I don't think anyone can argue with that. What suprised me actually, was GSP had more trouble passing Fitch's guard than BJ's. That could partially be the size difference, but I think the major factor was BJ's lack of cardio.

I'd say BJ's got a better top game than GSP TBH, GSP's good but BJ's top game is just scary.

Then again it was scary how easily GSP passed Penn's guard, seriously has anyone ever dominated BJ like that before? If GSP keeps improving at this rate it's ridiculous how good he could be in a couple of years.

Gsp is a freakin monster at 170, he is so much better than anybody else in his class. Whos left to even challenge him? I would like to see him at 185 now. Cant tell if hes the best guard passer but he definitly does it more than most with no problem. He has great top control. I dont think ive ever seen him pass to the left but why would he?

Sherk is a guard breaking monster too, but we never got to see his guard breaking skills in action against Penn because he decided he can outstike Penn with his silly non existant reach.
With that being said GSP's wrestling > everyone else's on ufc at the moment.

*edit* got error message with first try, hopefully this wont turn into a double post
