Weigh-In at the day of the fight.

I really think the weigh-ins should be at the day of the fight. The idea of the weightclasses is or was to make the same premises for every fighter. It should be about skill, not size. I know gsp is skilled, but he was like 10 pounds heavier than bj. The fights wouldnt be more exciting, but more fair. The Ufc can sell gsp - alves as the biggest weightcutting fight in ufc history, and I think that is wrong.

truth is your boy BJ got his ass handed to him for 20 minutes like a "bitch" until he "quit" at the end of round 4 even though "talk is cheap" and GSP is real now you're bringing this up cause you're a little *beep* too.

Listen... it's been like that for years. Plus, BJ is a LW, and that's that... not a WW. He still thought he would demolish GSP, so obviously it didn't matter to him.

Useless post... Lock it!!!

what kinda idiot would want to see the weighins on the day of the fight. you've clearly never had to cut weight for a fight have you. It's one of the toughest things i've ever had to do in my life. You're physically drained for days before it yet you have to keep pushing hard and no matter how much food you see, you can't touch it.. It's hell.....

so no, We don't want to see 2 physically drained fighers tiring about 2 minutes into the 1st round because of them just hidrating... Plus it's DANGEROUS!!
