Hello all! Just here to keep you informed on whats going on with me. Hopefully, MY REAL FANS WILL FOLLOW ME WHEREVER I GO. The UFC recently cancelled my contract following my decision loss at UFC 63. It saddens me because I felt like the UFC was my home. But I guess I'll have to find a new place to call home. Right now, I'm in San Diego training with Brandon Vera and Rob Kaman. Brandon is in solid shape for his fight. Dont worry guys, I WILL come back VERY STRONG. I'm extremely motivated! Stay tuned, and I'll keep yall posted on whats next for me.

I hope to see you again very soon.

Sad news. Hopefully he can work his way back into the UFC with 2 or 3 solid wins on whatever shows he fights. Maybe PRIDE could give Loiseau a try.

he didnt look that great his last couple fights. but i still hate to see him go. i hope he goes somewhere for like three fights gets his head back together and comes back. or maybe he should go to pride. that usually works out pretty well for guys that had a bad run in the ufc. if he could get back to the old explosive fighter he used to be he would be a great addtion to an already stacked div in pride. and imo would make for an exciting match for alot of guys there.

That is unbelievable. Possible money issue? You can't tell me it is a smart decision to get rid of a guy that who took the Middleweight champ 5 rounds and then had a decision loss against probably the #1 contender....that is messed up. Well, hopefully Rich Franklin won't lose next or I guess he will be gone too...but somehow I doubt it.

I take up for Dana alot on here but if they got rid of him because of lack of ability....that is ****ed up.

this is just hidious... i mean, he loses a decision and he gets fired? someone who they billed as awsome in their promos? they just dump him? man, i can think of more than a handful of TUF jerkoffs who should get axed way before the Crow...

****ing sad... maybe Dana is having tuesday brunch with Vince Macman now...

yeah i dont get it, he came off a loss to rich. and tried to fight a smart fight against a young up and comer. no shame in that. if they are firing people for being boring now dana better sharpen his axe. he has alot of work to do. what a big mistake this was. i hope he goes to pride and goes on a huge streak and gets paid tons of money.

why is it always dana's fault?

give the guy a break.
Who is responsible for hiring and firing?? Dana. He is like the head coach of an NFL team, he is in charge of who he signs and lets go to other teams, he just let one of his starters go for what reason??? Of course it's Dana's fault who else's fault would it be??

LOL @ everyone jumping all over Dana while only getting one side of the story. gimme a break.
Well there's 2 choices, and he obviously didn't quit on his own choice, so that leaves one other option. Dana let him go. That's why we are all bashing Dana.

This is DAVID'S side of the story. There are SOOO many other issues that could have affected Dana's decision.

How about you guys take a seat and relax till we here from Dana. Christ.

Well then what is this thread supposed to be for?? We have to post by what is given to us. Right now it looks like it is not David's fault, so we are just assuming it is Dana's fault. What's the big deal? Do you think Dana is going to read our posts and go into depression and commit suicide?

im not a dana basher, i dont agree with all his descisions, but this definently falls in his lap. the only thing i can think of is that maybe dana offered him a fight, and wasnt going to pay him very much money, so david decided to part ways instead of taking a pay cut.
Yea, haha, but that is still Dana's fault then right? Fighters don't deserve paycuts, they barely get paid as it is. The way I see it, there's 10000 possibilities it's Dana's fault, and 1 possibility it is David's fault. Besides I don't understand what the big deal is with us complaining about Dana. How does it affect anybody?? Bash away who cares what does it hurt?

the thread's purpose was to inform people that david was no longer in the ufc.

the proof was a comment made by david which is obviously biased. and somewhere along the way the thread turned into a dana bashing based on this one biased opinion.
