Can't wait for this fight; it's gonna be a good one. If Mir has really improved on his cardio and Vera still beats him, then Vera is truly for real. And with that, goodbye Sylvia and we may even see him as the only competition left for Chuck Liddell in the not too distant future. I'm getting ahead of myself.

Awesome news! I'm so happy Frank Mir is back in good shape, hopefully his cardio is as good as his ripped self. I'm predicting a late 1st round submission victory for Frank Mir tomorrow over Brandon Vera.

I asume you think that Vera has no ground game. If that what you think you couldnt be more wrong. He has very solid jujitsu. He wont be able to submit Mir but he'll be able to resist anysubmission Mir tries putting on him. As for standing up Mir stands no chance he'll gas and get KO'ed by a head kick in the 2nd round. Mir cant stand and trade the only person he pulled it of aginist successfully was Wes Sims and thats not saying much. The fight starts standing up and that where it will stay and even if it dose hit the floor Mir wont sumbit Vera. I cant wait for that Danny Abaddi banner to be in your sig .

watched the weigh ins on yahoo and quality was so crap u had no idea what shape anyone was in. Im glad frank is supposedly in shape, if he brings his A game vera could be in for a tough time. Putting those 2 guys next to each other they look like totally different weight classes. Frank being so big and Vera a little skinny. All i hope is for a great match, im tipping an upset win to Frank Mir by submission in 2nd round.
