I think everyone gets the same pay. To the winner 20000, to the loser 10000. The winners of the final just receive that 100000 signing bonus that is the whole staple of the show.

Guys, I not rying to argue here but in most fightingsports associations the igher uo the card you are the higher the payout period. All I'm saying is that in my opinion I don't think the UFC uses the best pay system they could, not let's something else straight Iam not even arguing the point that these guys deserve more, obviously you need to work up the ladder in orderto make a good living and yes 10,000 not bad for one night's work but I feel it definitely could be structured better. That's all I'm trying to say.

I manage people who make up to 50% more than I do.
Boo-hoo.
Your employer pays you what you are willing to take, or you leave and they hire your replacement. If they can find no replacements, they raise their wages. If they need better replacement, they raise their wags.
If they are making money and they are paying the minimum of what they need to to get the type of employee they want, they are not going to voluntarily pay more. Get your heads out of the sand. The UFC is doing exactly what every other business does, and seemingly pretty well.

Hey Holy9, relax my man, it was in English, it's called a mis-stroke and in case you haven't noticed it happens on this site all the time but most of the guys just let it slide, so back off, no need for the sarcasm, if you want to debate about this thread be my guest, if you just want to be an arrogant little asshole go visit some other site.

You are still missing my point, I'm not talking about increasing the overall payout, I'm talking about re-structuring it, spreading it out differently.
By the way if we are going to start talking employment analogies, well then explain Union Salaries, there is a structure to the salaries and they follow it to the "T"
with the lower end employees making less and working their way up the ladder, the higher up the more money they make just like a fight card should be, the higher up the card the higher the pay-out. IMO
