-Matt Serra ($110,000) def. Chris Lytle ($10,000) to win the TUF 4 Welterweight final.

-Travis Lutter ($110,000) def. Patrick Cote ($10,000) to win the TUF 4 Middleweight final.

-Jorge Rivera ($20,000) def. Edwin Dewees ($10,000) in the television opener.

-Din Thomas ($20,000) def. Rich Clementi ($10,000) in the other main card bout.

-Scott Smith ($20,000) def. Pete Sell ($10,000) in a preliminary bout that aired during the television broadcast.

-Charles McCarthy ($20,000) def. Gideon Ray ($10,000) in a preliminary bout.

-Pete Spratt ($20,000) def. Jeremy Jackson ($10,000) in a preliminary bout.

-Martin Kampmann ($15,000) def. Thales Leites ($3,000) in a preliminary bout that aired during the television broadcast. Here i the payouts forthe TUF Finale, why wouldthe UFC pay Jorge Rivera 20,000 but only pay Chris Lytle 10,000, after allhe made it to the finals, read the rest ofthe pays and you can see it clearly does not make sense.

I don't see anything bad there.
----------------------------------------------------------Why are the undercard losers getting the same amount as the Finalists, Lytle & Cote made it to the finals plain and simple why should the losers of the TUF Tournament make as much, and why are the winners of the undercard matches getting 20,000 and Lytle & Cote only get 10,000.
This is not right in my opinion. The UFC could have split up the money much better. They have done messed up things like this in bigger fight situations before, I don't agree with it.

Guys, I not rying to argue here but in most fightingsports associations the igher uo the card you are the higher the payout period. All I'm saying is that in my opinion I don't think the UFC uses the best pay system they could, not let's something else straight Iam not even arguing the point that these guys deserve more, obviously you need to work up the ladder in orderto make a good living and yes 10,000 not bad for one night's work but I feel it definitely could be structured better. That's all I'm trying to say.

I manage people who make up to 50% more than I do.
Boo-hoo.

Your employer pays you what you are willing to take, or you leave and they hire your replacement. If they can find no replacements, they raise their wages. If they need better replacement, they raise their wags.

If they are making money and they are paying the minimum of what they need to to get the type of employee they want, they are not going to voluntarily pay more. Get your heads out of the sand. The UFC is doing exactly what every other business does, and seemingly pretty well.

Hey Holy9, relax my man, it was in English, it's called a mis-stroke and in case you haven't noticed it happens on this site all the time but most of the guys just let it slide, so back off, no need for the sarcasm, if you want to debate about this thread be my guest, if you just want to be an arrogant little asshole go visit some other site.

You are still missing my point, I'm not talking about increasing the overall payout, I'm talking about re-structuring it, spreading it out differently.
By the way if we are going to start talking employment analogies, well then explain Union Salaries, there is a structure to the salaries and they follow it to the "T"
with the lower end employees making less and working their way up the ladder, the higher up the more money they make just like a fight card should be, the higher up the card the higher the pay-out. IMO
