Honestly don't think Silva stands a chance in a boxing match vs Roy..

I dont think Anderson would fare well in a boxing match with Roy Jones Jr just as Roy Jr wouldnt fare well in an mma fight its common sense really although for mma you train boxing but not to the extent that boxers do.

Favourite Fighters:

1) Nick Diaz
2) Fedor Emelianenko
3) Chuck Liddell
4) Forrest Griffin
5) Tyson Griffin

The only reason I think he would stand a chance, is because he's probably got the most foot/head movement on his feet of any mma fighter.

I think Anderson will do much better than most of you think, alot of that hvaing to do with RJJ being past his prime. I would imagine he has been training alot of boxing the last year or so and will continue to for the next year and a half (which is how long I am assuming the UFC will string his contract along, desperately trying to find someone to beat him before he leaves).

Plus as soon as Anderson lays the Thai clinch on RJJ, it's ova!

I at least think Anderson will do better than Orlovsky. Even though Orlovsky is training with Freddie Roach, I don't see how he can survive in boxing with that glass jaw. At least The Spider can take a punch...

everyone is giving silva no chance but remember dyanmite 2008? Hari,Kozo Takeda and Musashi all got horribly owned by mma fighters that were not seen as excellent strikers
