Hughes was unsuccessful on his one, and only, takedown attempt. (Wow, St. Pierre is strong). Hughes was getting beat up on his feet, so why didn't he go for another take down? He had no chance on his feet against Georges. I bet taking down GSP will be Matt's gameplan for the rubermatch. Should be a good fight.

spinning kick to Hughes's face for the win Maybe next time Matt wont try n take GSP stand up again. ... oh wait nvm he tried to take him down and failed Anyways the next fight is going to be crazy, hopefully with Hughes being hungry for the belt. In the mean time, were just going to have to watch GSP take off Serra's head

Hughes has a lot of Rubber Matches to do! One with BJ and know one with GSP!

You forget that this isn't just some brutal sport where everyones out to kill each other. Its much more like a game of physical chess.-looney liam

I want to see Hughes fight his kind of fight, not cater to GSP. That will make the third match a great one.

Hehehe...ohhh man Serra is toast!! My prediction is GSP in the first at 30sec by kick to the teeth!! That will almost be as big a joke as Hughes vs. Gracie hahaha

I personally can't see things going very well for Matt in a 3rd fight, that was such an ass whooping and usually when you see someone get blown out that badly they don't do well in a re-match ... I think Matt's days as champ are over

GSP-Hughes rubber match = an un-necessary blackening of a once great champions memory. He'll get owned again. No doubt. Matt is finished at 170.
