tim sylvia just proved he wont push for the win as long as he is the champion and i think Vera will actually beat Tim Sylvia... thus far meaning no miletich camp members will be holding the bealts anymore... with Vera as the Heavyweight Champ, Anderson Silva as Middleweight, and St Pierre as Welterweight.. I Think It Will Be A Better NEW UFC

Vera would definitely draw more viewers then Sylvia, but I highly doubt Vera is going to defeat him, the only way I could see Vera win is if he hits a high kick and puts him to sleep.

Other then that, Tim the Borefest Sylvia will pull out another 5 rounder.

He was also complaining they were going to have Shamrock/Ortiz fight the main event before him and AA's third fight..

Quote, "I told Dana, if I'm not in the main event tonight I feel an injury coming"...he might be the only MMA fighter that I truly despise.

If only Andre had taken him down to the mats like he did in the first fight (Sigh)

Anyway Sylvia has a weak chin we all know this from seeing his last few fights especially against Andre. The problem is his recovery time is really freakin good. Vera I believe has as good a chance as any just for the simple fact that he's a good striker & has a good ground game.

It helps that he's not a midget like Monson is so that increases his chances even more. I guess time will tell.

It's a very low probability that Vera will get Sylvia to the ground, he doesn't have the strength and probably the only way he could do it is if Tim throws a high kick and Vera wrestles him to the ground.

Vera is a good striker, and has good reach, fact is in Sylvias case, size does matter, pathetic I know.

I Think Bringing Someone along the Likes of Aleksander Emelianenko Or Sammy Schilt.. would make an intresting fight that Tim would probably lose
