I don't blame him a bit, especially with all that amazing snatch running around in his orbit.
However, he always seemed to me like the kind of athlete that would always have a passion for the sport, and only retire when he had to.

instead of calling me retarded, let me learn, name some other fighters at "the pit" that chuck trains with?? I know Tito trained there for a bit. Perhaps im missing something?? Alot of top guys there compared to the other big camps?? Your saying the pit is world class and in the same breath later you say chuck would need to train elsewhere to evovle....

Dana tells Chuck what to do, Chuck does it. Dana wears the pants in that relationship. Chucks career was fortunate and his opponents hand picked, poor strikers. He would get owned by that twitching leprechaun...oh that's right he already did that..Jardine > Chuck

Sometimes I feel the same. His opponents usually seemed to fit his style nicely, and when Dana decided it was time for Chuck to retire he fed him to the big dogs - starting with Rampage who had already beat a prime Chuck.
It's possible that DW didn't foresee Shogun returning to his prime for his fight with Liddell, and Shogun was supposed to be his retirement gift. But since he lost maybe the Iceman wants to return and retire on a win?

Alizio Im not calling you retarded I said the statement was....we already know your retarded....I kid I kid(and its like 8:50 on a SAT morn) LOL
Seriously though what I am trying to say is that while Chck was knockin fools out for that long 7 title defense streak he wasnt gettin questions on where he trains.
My point is that The Pit does produce good fighters and is a good camp, however the times in terms of the eveolution of MMA have changed, THAT is why Chuck might need to switch things up and train elsewhere which again, I seem to recall hearing about, but also adapting some new styles into his fights. Otherwise i trhink the Blueprint of how to beat him has been discovered....
The Pit puts out good fighters such as:
Chuck Liddell… 205
Antonio Banuelos… 135
Casey Olsen…145
Luke Riddering… 170
Mike Gahan… 155
Regardless of their fighters my point was the school has less to answer for in terms of Chuck's decline, I think its more about where Chucks head is....

It's amazing how "Liddell is ready to retire," but Dana still matches up Couture every other PPV now.
I like both, Liddell and Couture, but Dana is just being an idiot.

To be fair. Randy's lost 1 fight via TKO since his fight with Chuck 3 years ago. Chuck's been TKO'd 3 times since then, 2 of them in his last 2 fights. I can see why Dana's been keen to pull his good friend out of there. I don't agree with it, as I think Chuck's still got a couple of fights left in him, or at least 1 anyway, but I can see where Dana's coming from.
