fact is he was a nobody until he beat herman who isnt even good compared to other guys hes beat. herman gave him a triangle choke....that wasnt even impressive

He wasn't a nobody, maybe to you "TUF" mma fans and people who don't really follow the sport, or haven't for long.
But a lot of people knew who he was long before then.

He is on a 5 fight winning streak with 6 fights already in 2006. I would say thats pretty impressive.
Also 6 fights in 2005.
How many other people in the UFC keep that sort of pace?

haha I don't want to sound disrespectful, but did your girlfriend or sister right that post for you or something??

I've never liked Leben but you got to respect his ability to finish fights even though so far in the UFC the guys he's finished are probably not of the greatest quality. I thought Macdonalds display of JJ was quite impressive and I was really impressed with his transition into the triangle choke, but that's just me I dont know what makes U happy.

Is the UFC feeding Mac to the lions in this match? Herman is a ground and pound fighter who isn't that great at ground and pound. Leben is a striker who is very good at that, whereas Mac wants to take the fight to the mat. Clash of styles in this fight. Doesn't look good for Mac, IMO.

the reason i wasnt impressed with mcdonalds choke is because it wasnt setup, herman left a huge opening and mcdonald easily secured it.
