He’s definitely better than he gives himself credit for, that’s for sure. He’s tough as hell and he’s in great shape, and if you watched Bonnar/Griffin 2, you can notice a major change and improvement on the technicality of his stand up game. He uses a lot more movement and angling instead of just coming in wide and swinging, although his punches tend to be big and loopy anyway, but it works well for him.

The thing I like about Griffin is he knows his areas of improvement, and you know he’s working with the best guys in the world to improve it. He still has a looong time in the UFC, and I’m sure he’s going to be their next ‘money’ guy like Tito Ortiz was. Like Ortiz, he may not be the best and most technically sound fighter, but people love to watch him and see him, and as long as his fights are selling tickets and he’s entertaining the fans, he IS that good.

I never knew Forrest was rated high in the first place. I think he is a pretty good fighter. I don't know what would make you think he sucks. I would, however, like to see some proof that Tito actually had a torn ACL...so far all I've heard is people on here claiming it but I still have yet to see a doctor's report or any kind of legitimate source at all saying he had a torn ACL. Forest did not lose that fight and I'll leave it at that.

Boo hoo, poor Tito, come on, wake up Tito was in great shape and Griffin almost snuck out a victory (still questionable) Griffin might not be a great fighter but he has heart and he's getting better. I think him against Rashad would be a great fight.

You can't have everything. Where would you put it?

I haven't seen a doctors note. But they did show Tito's knee in the locker room after the fight and it looked pretty bad. I have it on tape and I really didnt think there was any way he'd fight Shamrock in July.

I thought Tito beat Forrest pretty fairly actually. Tito's strikes were more clean, while Forrest's barely connected and were wild. If you take away the commentary & the crowd noises, then you can clearly see that Tito won.
