I think GSP has a better ground game than Serra anyways. There is no realistic approach for him to beat GSP, he should just run at him arms flailing and try to land a lucky punch. I really, really, hope he does not just try to manhug GSP for 5 rounds and footstomp. If he does that I will shoot my television.

If Serra does not get knocked down in the first round then i predict that Serra will gas himself by trying to constantly take GSP down. GSP has a much bigger gas tank and GSP will dominate again, but it might go more then 1 round.

SO my question is, if Matt Serra brings GSP to the ground, can he win the fight?
.............no

At least there is disagreement about if it goes to the ground, but apparently there is no disagreement about there being no chance for Matt if it doesn't.

Amen

Serra is a lot like Hughes and Tito though...he will go for the flying manhug! Followed by the lay and gay manhug! Followed by GSP standing up and KNOCKING THE **** OUT OF SERRA!

If Serra does get GSP on the ground I can see him doing nothing just laying and then the ref will stand it up. Serra goes for another takedown but gets KTFO by GSP.

BJ Penns by far a better grappler than Serra and BJ couldnt give GSP and trouble on the ground. The only way to submit GSP is if he makes a very obvious mistake which isnt gonna happen. GSP by TKO in the first round.Just because GSP stands a lot dosent mean he has no ground game. He's been quoted to say his most dangerous wepeon in a fight is his BJJ and ground and pound.
