If Diego wins, a title shot?

Diego Sanchez has proved to be an exceptional fighter and I believe deserves a title shot. He has beaten every oppenent he has faced in mma no slouches either. This fight against Riggs I believe will solidify a title shot. What do you guys Think

I think there will be a Diego/Hughes fight before title. Hughes is going to look for GSP rematch and he'll have to face the top contender to do it.

He has to go through Penn or Hughes first to make himself believably the #1 contender.

imo it wont matter who faces GSP next, i think this guys is gonna be on top for a while. Diego is a great fighter but doesnt have the stand up to hang with GSP, although great on the ground, diego has to get him there first, everyone saw GSP take down defense against hughes...first class! and GSP is no slouch on the ground anyway, see his fight with Trigg??!!

Rematch with Kos and a fight with Hughes/Penn before he moves on to a title shot or any sort of fight with GSP

Hughes-Diego please. He beats Hughes, then he, Diego, gets a title shot. But, of course, Hughes would not. What a crossroads fight that would be.

I got the feeling diego didn't want a title shot yet...I can't be sure where from, but I think he said something after the allessio fight to make me beleive so.

Diego's performance against karo is the only thing making me think he has a chance. Still, I think it'd be best for his record if he racked up 3 more quality wins before taking a shot @ GSP. Riggs, then Kosh, then Hughes and he'd be forced to take hte title shot loss.

I hope Dana wouldn't live up to the hype of Koschek calling out Diego and put them in the ring before Diego faces Hughes or Penn (assuming he takes out Riggs) because Koschek, even though is improving rapidly needs to hang with someone in Kairo's caliber before deserving another rematch with Diego where Diego's has already earned his place, Josh should do the same... However, if Diego would lose to Riggs bring on Josh baby!

Well, I'd like to see Diego get his title shot after Riggs, but I have a feeling they'll have him fight Hughes or Penn before that. That's fine with me, because Diego is still working his way up in the rankings, and it opens the door for more potential FOTY's. Say what you will about him, but Diego brings the goods when he has to.
