I don't see this fight happening, different weight classes and lose-lose situation for the UFC.

Well your probably right, likely won't happen.
Why do you say its a lose-lose for the UFC?

If Damarques won a few and him and Bisping still hated eachother enough to want the fight, what harm would be done?

Because I think it's in the UFC's best interest to protect both fighters. Bisping is their UK poster boy and a loss to a not-so-experienced 170er would be devastating for his image... Demarques is a TUF runner up, they need to build his confidence and him to reach his full potential before throwing him to the wolfes.

This bout can't happen now, it wouldn't make sense imo... And if it was to take place in several months like you seem to suggest, people would most likely lose interest in it (see the Serra vs Hughes case, much bigger beef than Mike vs Demarques).

I dont see any reason to protect Damarques IMO he dose not have the potential to be a top fighter in the UFC.

Unfortunately, I agree. Demarques got way too much hype on the show and looked almost like he was lost every time he was in the ring. I couldn't believe he didn't get knocked out in a couple of his fights. I would root for him against Bisping but he's definitely not ready and potentially may never be.

I agree (never suggested he did) but that could be said about most TUFers and that's not how the UFC rolls.

Don't think this will ever happen. Demarques will probably struggle in his own weightclass. If he steps up he will just get destroyed by 90% of the middleweights.

Osipczak nearly knocked Demarques out, Wilks made him look like an amateur and Bisping would do the same. Pointless fight involving a completely overhyped fighter in Johnson.
